PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods on our platform:

Payment Terms
• All payments must be made online at the time of placing the order
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders on our platform
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through our certified payment gateway partners
• Your payment information is encrypted and secure
Payment Processing
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation through our secure payment gateway
• All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption and PCI DSS compliance
• In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled
• For failed transactions, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment discrepancies or fraud detection
Pricing and Discounts
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Discount prices are applicable only to verified employees/customers of our partner companies
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order with full refund

Shipping Partner
We work with leading logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India.
Shipping Locations
• We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes
• Shipping availability to specific locations is subject to courier partner serviceability
• Remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Processing time may extend during peak seasons or promotional periods
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Delivery Timeline
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Tier 3 Cities and Rural Areas: 7-9 business days
• Remote Areas: 10-13 business days depending on the pin code serviceability.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, courier partner schedules, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges of ₹199 will apply
• Orders of ₹999 and above: Free shipping
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Tracking
• You will receive a tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp and email once your order is shipped
• Track your order using our tracking system or through our website
• Real-time tracking updates will be provided throughout the delivery process
Delivery Guidelines
• Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout
• Someone must be available to receive the package during delivery hours
• Valid ID proof may be required for delivery verification
• If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier partner will attempt redelivery as per their policy
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse, and reshipment charges may apply
Shipping Risks
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Address changes after order placement may not be possible or may incur additional charges
RETURNS POLICY
Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of product delivery
• The return period is non-extendable under any circumstances
• Return requests must be initiated through our website or customer service
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
• Original packaging: Product must be in its original box/packaging
• Original tags: All original tags, labels, and barcodes must be intact and attached
• Unused condition: Product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Complete accessories: All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included
• No damage: Product should be free from any damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Perishable goods and consumables
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Products without original packaging or tags
Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Log into your account and select the order you wish to return
2. Select Reason: Choose the appropriate reason for return from the dropdown
3. Schedule Pickup: Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address
4. Quality Check: Returned items will undergo quality inspection at our warehouse
5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after successful quality check
Return Shipping
• Return pickup is free for eligible returns
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging the return items
• Use the original packaging whenever possible
• We recommend using the pickup service rather than self-shipping
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of payment gateway issues, refund timeline may extend to 15 business days
Exchange Policy
• We currently do not offer direct exchange services
• For size changes, please return the original item and place a new order
• For defective products, please contact our customer service for assistance
Damaged/Defective Products
• Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the damage/defect
• Replacement or refund will be processed after verification
• Return shipping for damaged/defective products is free
